Perfectly located near the train station and within walking distance of Mirabell Castle. The room stayed very clean with a modern vibe. I loved the self-service check-in process. The common areas like the lounge and terrace offer nice spots to relax. However, the mattress was too soft for my taste, which made restful sleep a challenge. Noise from the street, especially ambulances and trucks, disturbed my peace at night. Also, the lack of physical staff on-site felt a bit impersonal, and I was surprised by the extra charges for services like luggage storage. Despite these inconveniences, I appreciated the overall cleanliness and communication through WhatsApp. Would recommend for those seeking a modern stay but be aware of the noise and comfort issues.

inaccurate description

Room description inaccurate—shared entrance with another room created privacy issues. Slanted ceiling hindered movement, leading to a few bumps on the head. Overall comfort was compromised due to these design flaws.

stayed at modus for 4 nights, and it was great! the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. our room was clean, updated, and we loved having a balcony for some fresh air. the staff was really quick to respond to our needs.
